In March 2016, we purchased 6 Quintus Close for £299,995.
Initially intended as a mid-term investment, our plan was to sell the property around 2020. However, despite market activity, the offers we received were only around £325,000 — which did not meet our expectations for growth or return.

Instead of settling, we decided to strategically invest in the property to unlock its hidden value.


The Renovation Strategy:

We undertook a targeted renovation, focusing on improvements that directly enhance market appeal and property value:

  • Fully redesigned and landscaped the garden to create an inviting outdoor space
     
  • Installed new, modern wardrobes to add functionality and a premium feel
     
  • Upgraded the flooring throughout key areas of the home
     
  • Renovated and refreshed the bedrooms, making them bright, welcoming, and move-in ready
     

The Result:

After completing the works, we relaunched the property to the market.
In December 2021, we successfully sold 6 Quintus Close for £365,000 — a significant uplift compared to pre-renovation offers.

In March 2025, we identified an opportunity to fully rejuvenate a tired, damp-affected property in Tamworth.
We purchased the property in auction for £118,000, and with stamp duty and legal fees, the total acquisition cost was approximately £134,000.

 Full Renovation — Comprehensive Transformation and Strong Uplift
 

In March 2025, we identified an opportunity to fully rejuvenate a tired, damp-affected property in Tamworth.
We purchased the property in auction for £118,000, and with stamp duty and legal fees, the total acquisition cost was approximately £134,000.
Recognizing the extent of work needed, we committed to a comprehensive refurbishment strategy to unlock its true value.
